The Antigua Cooking School offers classes in the preparation and enjoyment of traditional dishes from Guatemala’s rich Colonial and Mayan Cultures.

SPECIAL NOTICE

School will be closed from July 26 through August 22,
resuming classes August 24.
 

Schedule:

Classes are taught in English Monday through Friday, with a different menu every day.  We can accomodate Spanish speakers who do not speak English.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Saturdays by special arrangement, minimum of 3 persons

Students participate in the preparation of every dish.  Menus are repeated every week and you can take one single class or as many as you like, up to the 5 that we offer.  (See menus)

Prices: 

Classes cost US$ 65.00 per person per class or 520.00 Quetzales.

We accept either currency or travelers checks.

We ask that you give us at least 2-days advance notice if you decide to take a class and we kindly ask for full payment at that time.

All materials and recipes to take with you are provided by Antigua Cooking School.
